Terms and Conditions
Monthly subscriptions will extend existing subscriptions for 1
month. Annual subscriptions will extend existing subscriptions for 1
year.
Subscriptions are for personal use only. Accounts cannot be shared and a subscription
cannot be transferred to another user.
Subscriptions are authorized for use in one household at a
time. Excessive concurrent usage on multiple devices is a violation
of these terms and those users are subject to suspension. Usage is
subject to monitoring. Wordplays reserves the right to suspend a
subscription without refund should evidence exist that these policies
are being violated.
Subscribers are entitled to the same service as non subscribers plus
additional premium services. Additionally, ads will be suppressed
during the subscription period as long as the subscriber remains
logged in. Subscribers will have access to premium features, will not
be tracked by third party advertisers, pages will load much faster,
and data usage will be reduced substantially.
Wordplays may change, modify, suspend or discontinue the Subscription
Services, fees, charges, terms at its own discretion at any
time. Coverage of puzzles and puzzle answers may vary, answers for
certain puzzles may not be available everyday and coverage of some
puzzles may terminate without notice. The accuracy of puzzle answers
is not guaranteed.
Access to services via automated methods is strictly prohibited. Any
violation of this policy will result in a forfeiture of services
without refund.
Subscriptions can be canceled on PayPal's website. Canceling a
subscription after the trial period will terminate automatic
renewals. Canceled subscriptions will remain active for the remaining
subscription period. There are no refunds.
